Charlie Phlegar, Vice President for Advancement at Virginia Tech, graciously met with the Sojourn Center board on Tuesday, July 25 to share his expertise and advice on fundraising principles and practices. Charlie grew up in Blacksburg and has experience as a hospice volunteer. We sincerely appreciate his willingness to share his time with us.
