Our Mission and Vision
Mission: Sojourn Center’s mission is to provide loving, dignifed services for the terminally ill and their families in southwest Virginia and to do so through programs of education, outreach, advocacy and the development of an exceptional state-of-the-art hospice house.
Vision: The end of life can be a rich and meaningful journey. Many choose to pass at home, often with family close by with home hospice care and support. For others who need an alternative, the Sojourn Center Hospice House will provide care for the terminally ill. Sojourn Center will be staffed by medical experts in end-of-life care, to celebrate and lovingly support patients and families while affirming their dignity and offering comfort.
